Order Processing:
Please allow 1 – 2 working days for order processing. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure personal details such as delivery address and contact details are accurate and correct as once your order has been dispatched, we cannot alter address details and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend if it is returned to sender.

All product prices indicated and payments made on this site are in Australian Dollar Currency.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope you adore your new Atlas & Sage purchase! However, if you do have a change of mind you are welcome to return it to us within 30 days of receiving your order in exchange for a credit note. ​
We are only able to offer a full refund if a garment is faulty - if this does occur please email us within 30 days of receipt of purchase with an image of the fault along with your Order Number to hello@atlasandsage.com.au for further review.
The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place. Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. ​
Please note that as we are a small business delivery costs will not be refunded.
Sale Items
Sale items will not be accepted for return, exchange or credit note.
Exchanges
For all online exchanges, please email hello@atlasandsage.com.au with your order number and the items you'd like to return. Once we have received your items you will be issued a credit note for the cost of those items, enabling you to repurchase any new products from our website.
Credit Note
A credit note is available for your original order amount (excluding postage) valid for 12 months. We will email you a unique code issued as a gift card to be entered upon checkout.
